USA Visitor Visa is a tourist visa to the United States of America. It is also known as B2 Visa. It is a non-immigrant visa issued to people entering the US temporarily for pleasure, tourism, or medical treatment. Any foreign citizen who wants to visit USA for tourism, visiting with family and friends, attending special events like family functions and ceremonies, or for medical treatment may qualify for and can apply for the Visitor Visa.
To get a B1/B2 visa for the United States before leaving India, every applicant must complete an online request. Then, two appointments must be scheduled, one for the Visa Application Center (VAC) to have your fingerprints and photo taken, and one for the visa interview at the US Embassy or Consulate. The VAC appointment must be before the consular appointment time.

No, a B1 visa holder is generally not allowed to work in the United States except in limited situations. A B1 visa holder may only be working if their employer is a US Citizen with a residence abroad that is visiting the United States temporarily, or if the foreign Citizen is in the following visa categories: Q, P, O, M, L, J, I H, F, E, or B.
DO KIDS NEED TO ATTEND THE INTERVIEW?
Kids under the age of 13 and adults 80 or above are generally NOT required to attend the interview. For the in-between age group, however, it is mandatory.
